1. Trademark and Intellectual Property Rights
   Nethiri & Raj and its associated images are registered trademarks and protected by the laws of India. All other names, including our estate names, logos, product and service names, designs, images, videos and slogans that may appear on this website, and/or on any of our approved communications are the property of the owners of Nethiri & Raj. These must not be used without the prior written consent from its owners. In the event of any violation of our trademark or intellectual property rights, legal action will be taken.
2. Use of Information
   The information presented on our website is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to our website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

3. Order Acceptance and Execution of online order(s) received is subject to acceptance of following terms and conditions
   All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including those with pricing errors. nethiriandraj.com reserves the right to accept or reject the order at its' sole discretion. Once your "order" is accepted, the acceptance will constitute a binding contract between the user and nethiriandraj.com. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. nethiriandraj.com reserves the right to increase, decrease, alter, change the prices of the products/items on online sale. If you choose Credit Card as the mode of payment, your name as purchaser should be the same as mentioned on your Credit Card being used for making payment for the purchases.
4. Payment
   Payment for orders is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are secure.

5. Privacy
   Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data as outlined in the policy.

6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
7. Indemnity
   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nethiri & Raj, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of our website, including, but not limited to, any use of our website's content, services and products other than as expressly authorized in these terms or your use of any information obtained from our website.
8. Modifications
   We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
9. Disclaimer for Color and Description
   Quality is of upmost importance at Nethiri & Raj and we put special efforts to publish the best quality pictures with true to life colors for our customers. But digital photography has its limitations. Though we strive to achieve accuracy, a lot of factors affect the way colors look different from real life compared to its digital version. Things like weather and lighting conditions and even the monitor settings of the viewer can cause a color variation. The colors of the garment with shades of blue and green looks differently than the actual tone. The same can be said about many iridescent colors like Orange, Bright Pink and Purple. Deep colors like Black, Dark Navy Blue and Dark Brown may look similar. Also, Pale colors like off white, white, grey & cream look different in pictures depending on the lighting conditions in the studio at the time of shoot.
10. Customization policy
    Together, we can embark on a journey to bring a unique garment to life, tailored to your body whilst expressing your individuality. Please take a moment to read through the information below to know what you can expect on your journey with us.
    •Sketches of the garment(s) will be discussed followed by your approval on fabric choices and design.
    •Reference images from the client and internet sources are welcome if you are open to our own version of the inspirations and designs. 
    •It’s not practical to show the final outfit before it is made – Hence opt for customization only if you can give us design freedom and trust our design decisions
    •We will do our utmost to meet the deadlines finalized at the initial consultation and may require you to provide us with certain necessary information such as measurements, approval of sketches, photographs, attend fitting sessions, or to complete  payments on time.
    •Designer will take a complete set of measurements at the time of order and will make the garment(s) according to these measurements. 
    •For measurements supplied by the client, your pattern will be made to the measurements you provide and we cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of the measurements taken. 
    •Where a weight loss plan, pregnancy, or illness/recovery is a factor, please let us know so that we may try to plan your garment(s) appropriately. If a dramatic weight loss or gain occurs in between fittings, you will be charged for any extra time spent in making changes to your garment extensively.
    •Bespoke endeavors would take at least 4-6 weeks. Sometimes longer wait times may apply due to design complexity or workload but we will advise you at the initial consultation. 
    •The initial quote (+/_ 10%) would be given in consideration of the information you provide and designs finalized at the initial consultation.
    •An advance payment of 50% to be paid to initiate further processing and confirmation of the order.  Payment of the advance will confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the advance is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
    •If your vision of the garment(s) has changed post design finalization (prior production), kindly expect to renegotiate the timeline and price for the changes.
    •Once a design is processed for production, no changes can be made while or post its making. In between making pictures of garment or embroideries will not be shared to avoid delays in timeline and practical complexities.
    •On completion of the outfit(s) payment in full is required before the garment(s) may be collected or dispatched. No exceptions. 
    •Every care is taken to ensure your garment(s) is of the highest quality. If any damage occurs as a result of our craftsmanship only it can be repaired free of charge, at our discretion.  Please understand that as a garment of use, it will not remain pristine forever.
    •Once you have taken/received your completed garment(s), it is your responsibility to care for the garment and adhere to any care instructions as advised.  
    •We cannot be held responsible for pieces left unattended with us for more than 60 days. 
    •We really appreciate you taking the time to understand all the information included.
