Shipping Policy

 

  • Standard delivery time for any domestic orders i.e. orders within India, is 3 – 4 weeks unless otherwise specified for any particular product.
  • Standard delivery time for any International orders i.e. orders outside of India is 5 – 6 weeks. For customers outside India, duties and taxes, as applicable, are payable by the customer.
  • Express domestic and international shipping will be charged based on destination and weight of the final packaging. Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.
  • The postal address at which deliveries of a product is expected should be correct, complete and include landmarks if possible. Address containing only or with PO Box number is not recommended.
  • Nethiri & Raj is not liable to pay any damages due to non-delivery on account of non-availability of the receiver or incorrect names/addresses. Any delay in delivery will not entitle the user/receiver to any damages or compensation.
  • Acknowledgement given through writing name or signature or a stamp or a combination of the above on the slip provided by the Courier Service towards receipt of a package shall remain the conclusive proof of acceptance of the package through courier. 
  •  Nethiri & Raj is not liable for any damage(s) in case of deterioration in the quality of the items/products due to delays or transit.
