Return and Exchange Policy

• Nethiri & Raj takes pride in making sure the customers gets what they see and sees what they expect. Each and every product of ours will be comprehensively inspected.
• Exchanges and returns are only eligible if there was a defect in our product. You can request refund within 4 to 5 working Days on receiving the order. 
• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. 
• We recommend you to make good quality photos/ an unboxing video while opening the parcel and inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on and stop the video once you are satisfied with your recording. 
• Returns and exchanges must be made to the following address: NETHIRI RAJ, RV Centre, No-22 ATT colony , Coimbatore 641018.
• We will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is returned. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. 
• The returned goods must contain original labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you.
•  Once the product is received by us, it needs to pass inspection procedure to make sure the product is in the same condition as sent in. NETHIRI & RAJ  reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging or damages. 
• We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customised items under any circumstances since all items have been customised as per your request and measurements and post your approval.

• Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized in the website

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
